Service Description

Earn your Florida motorcycle endorsement with Suncoast Rider Training’s Basic Rider Course in Ocala. This course is designed for new and beginning riders and combines online learning with two days of hands-on motorcycle training from 8:00am - 1:30pm. Before attending the riding sessions, complete the required online eCourse and bring your completion certificate. The self-paced eCourse covers motorcycle controls, riding strategies, risk awareness, and other riding fundamentals. During the hands-on portion, Rider Coaches teach essential skills including starting and stopping, clutch and throttle control, shifting, turning, braking, low-speed maneuvering, and hazard-response techniques. A training motorcycle and helmet are provided for use during class. Successful completion of the required coursework, riding exercises, knowledge evaluation, and on-motorcycle skills evaluation qualifies students to complete the Florida motorcycle endorsement process.
